Frequently Asked Questions

The alumni portal connects graduates with their school community. You can browse the alumni directory, join groups, follow a class-year community feed, RSVP to alumni events, and support the school through fundraising campaigns and donations.

This FAQ page covers the most common questions. For detailed walkthroughs (with screenshots) of specific workflows like creating a campaign or uploading marks, ask your school administrator for the training documentation shared during onboarding, which is available both online and as a downloadable PDF.

The main school website is for prospective and current families, staff, and admissions. This alumni site is specifically for graduates — the directory, community feed, alumni-led events, and alumni giving live here. Use "School Website" in the navigation to jump back to the main site.

No, there's no separate app to install — the alumni portal is fully web-based and works in any modern mobile browser.

Use the "Register" link in the top navigation. You'll be asked for basic details (name, graduation year, contact information); once submitted, your profile is reviewed before it appears in the public directory.

New alumni registrations are reviewed before full access is granted. While pending, you can browse the portal but can't yet comment on posts or appear in the public directory. This is usually resolved within a few days.

Go to your profile page and select "Edit." You can update your contact details, graduation year, career information, and privacy settings from there.

Your phone number is private by default and only visible to admins — never shown in the public directory. Graduation year, employer, current location, and bio each have their own visibility toggle in your privacy settings.

Use the Directory page and filter by graduation year or search by name. Only alumni who have completed their profile and been approved will appear.

Either your profile is still pending approval, or your directory visibility is turned off in your privacy settings. Check your profile settings first, and contact the school team if it's been a while.
